CLAMS

War Shore works with farmers and harvesters east and west to bring our customers clean, silt-free, and fresh clams to include Hardshells (or Quahog), Steamers, Razors, Geoducks, and others. Clams represent one of North America’s most sustainable seafood resources. Natural production remains strong and farmed production continues to improve and expand. War Shore believes clams are a good example of a sustainable resource because clams are dependent on clean and healthy waters, and are effectively managed at the local level of government. Clams are an important part of a healthy ecosystem as their active water filtration helps to improve or maintain water quality.

Of the 150+ edible specifies, War Shore provides several of the most popular and used clams to our customers. They are available in the shell and shucked and are delivered within 48 hours of harvest.
